About ARC Wireless Solutions

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc.(the "Company") is involved in selective designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling of a broad range of wireless components and network products and accessories. The Company develops, manufactures and markets proprietary products, including Wi-Fi® and WiMAX. panel antennas, mobile GPS and cellular antennas, as well as base station antennas (for cell phone towers), through its Wireless Communications Solutions Division; it designs, manufactures and distributes cable assemblies for cable, statellite and other markets through its Starworks Wireless Inc. subsidiary; and it negotiates and manages its contract manufacturing relationships through its ARC Wireless Hong Kong Ltd. subsidiary. The Company's products and systems are marketed through the Company's internal sales force, OEMs, reseller distribution channels, retail, and the Internet. ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc., together with its Wireless Communications Solutions Division, and its Starworks Wireless Inc. subsidiary, are headquartered in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The Company's Hong Kong subsidiary is located in Central Hong Kong.

ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc., formerly known as Antennas America, Inc., was founded in 1987. We are a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ exchange using the stock symbol "ARCW". Our wholly owned subsidiary Starworks Wireless Inc. was acquired in 2000. In 2001 we purchased some of the commercial assets of the wireless communications product line from Ball Aerospace & Technology Corp., a subsidiary of Ball Corporation, to help grow the Wireless Communications Solutions Division. In 2006, the Company's Hong Kong subsidiary began manufacturing many of our products under strict US quality control procedures.

The Wireless Communications Solutions Division is proud to have manufactured products for AT&T Wireless, Alcatel, Bechtel, Cingular, Domital, General Dynamics, Jasco, LoJack, RCA, Telefonica, Terabeam, and Tessco, along with many others as well.
